~ Jill A. NagelJill A. Nagel, Principal, Nagel Interior Architecture, Inc. is a certified interior designer, CID, with 10 years of professional experience in commercial interior design. Ms. Nagel has an Interior Design degree from the FIDER-accredited program at Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach. She has complemented her extensive work experience at both large and small design firms with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Information & Communication Sciences from Ball State University.
Ms. Nagel has completed more than 1,000,000 square feet of planning, design and implementation of commercial interiors projects throughout Southern California for some of the region’s largest landlords and real estate investors of Class A office buildings and other prominent commercial real estate space. All told, Ms. Nagel has successfully completed client work valued at more than $10 million in interiors & architectural services.
Over the past decade, Ms. Nagel has developed an expertise as a LEED accredited professional working with building owners and clients to help direct environmental design initiatives within their organizations. Ms. Nagel’s interior design excellence in collaboration has earned her a two-time nomination for the International Interior Design Association (IIDA)’s Calibre Awards. Other credentials include the prestigious National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certification. She is a member of NAIOP and IIDA demonstrating her commitment to the community as well as to the enhancement of the quality of life through interior design and architecture.
Ms. Nagel volunteers for Furnishing Hope, Veteran’s First, and Habitat for Heroes Programs providing interior design services and furniture donations for individuals, families, and veterans in need. She also supports other local and national philanthropic organizations including; The Bacchus Society, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Overture Group.
